Color editing
Color editing and image correction: restoring the tonal and colour balance of a photograph so that it yields an aesthetically convincing result, for printing or for archiving.

What is included
Tonal and colour balance, retouching and restoration of old photographs. Retouching is done mostly by hand and, where it causes no problem at all, with AI tools. Restoration of old photographs goes as far as the point where no intervention is visible.
How we work
The basic editing is done by us, without the client present. At the final stage, if corrections are needed, they are made together with the client. We work mainly in Lightroom together with Photoshop, on Eizo CG277 and CG221 monitors calibrated by us with Color Navigator and an i1Pro 3.
What file to send
Ideally RAW or DNG with your settings. Otherwise 16-bit TIFF in the Adobe RGB colour space. Send it at the resolution you have. If upscaling is needed, we do it at no charge. Prices are quoted by phone, after we assess the job.
